When asked Jas was it a conscious decision to take up a negative role right after EK PAHELI LEELA, he said, “I am glad Sohail bhai offered me this role and it’s not really a negative role. It has grey shades. My character has various layers to it. This is a role any actor would long for and I am glad to do it. Essaying a negative role is tough it’s not easy is what I believe.”
On being asked how it was sharing screen space with Nawazuddin he opined, “He is a marvelous actor, truly hardworking and it was a delight to work with him. I would love to work with him in future. He himself is such a perfectionist that the biggest compliment I got was when he praised me for my scenes.”
