HARP is a free government program and there is no cost & no obligation to see if you qualify.
<div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #373737; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;">

<h1 style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #373737; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 22px; line-height: 25px; margin: 40px 0px 0.67em;">A Stimulus Plan for American Homeowners:

<div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #373737; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;">HARP was designed so that the typical homeowners can qualify for low rates, and if you owe less than $625,000 on your home, the chances of qualifying could be very high. The government wants banks to cut rates and allow the typical homeowner to take advantage of those rates which acts as a true stimulus plan for the middle class - This puts more money in your pocket and boosts the economy.
<div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #373737; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;">But banks do not want you to know about this program because:
<ul style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #373737; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;">
This programmakes it easy for just about any homeowner to qualify for low rates

You can shop multiple lenders, you are not limited to your current lender's rates

<div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #373737; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;">Not a great deal for the banks because banks rather keep you in a higher rate than the low rates this program offers, but great for the typical homeowner and the middle class. Here is what we love about this program:
<ul style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #373737; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 20px;">
The average monthly savings is $355/mo.*

In addition to savings, you can pay off your home faster.

Homeowners can take extra cash for anything they want like paying off debt, home improvements, going on vacation, or an emergency cash fund.

<span style="background-color: #eaeef1; color: #373737; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 19px;">Over 3 millions homeowners have taken advantage of HARP, but sadly, there are millions of homeowners that feel HARP is too good to be true. The Finder lets you browse and organize your files on your Mac and in iCloud with ease.
